GILIA MODULAR LOUNGE SPECIFICATIONS

Frame:Assembly is constructed of multi-ply hardwood, with tongue and groove construction. No sag-springs are installed in seat & back along with interlocking helicoil springs to prevent sagging and provide additional lower back and seat support.
Upholstery: Gilia lounges are upholstered in choice of fabric, vinyl, crypton, leather or COM. For Gilia with Faux Leather bases choose from 5 in-stock colors or more colors with longer lead time.
Foam is bonded to all sides of hardwood frame. Modular units and benches have 4" graded, high resiliency foam padding and back is 4” graded, high resiliency foam. After foam is applied each module is covered entirely with special bonded polyester fiber to protect final upholstery. ERG uses only waterbase glues and adhesives in all our upholstery process. ERG offers a lifetime warranty on all foam and frames.
Glides: Modular units and benches come with factory installed, 2” nylon glides in Black. Optional wooden legs are made of solid Maple wood and are finished in choice of four wood stain finish colors.
Tables: Gilia Tabouret: base is 1.25" thick MDF material completely covered with choice of laminate, 2" graded, high resiliency foam upholstered cushion is attached to table with metal inserts. Gilia Modular Lounge makes designing for any public space easy. Gilia utilizes four main modular units - corner module, 24" straight module, 22.5° inside module, and 30° outside modules which allow for inward and outward curves plus end modules to achieve a variety of room configurations. An armchair, ottoman, two and three seat benches, occasional tables and a Tabouret with cushion top completes this lounge collection. With on-line tables available to complete your design, Gilia modular lounge will solve all your public space requirements.

The upholstered vertical base section is also offered upholstered in faux leather or with an optional second fabric. Modules have a 2” corner radius on the front corners, benches and end unit have 2” radius on all four corners. End Module has 45 degree corners. All modular units are also available with factory installed casters.
